Enrolment Timeline
Late Term 1
The Year 10 enrolment process starts with High School visits and/or on-campus visits with the Transition Program Coordinator, Alexandra Crowder
Students learn about TCE, ATAR, College Learning Areas and are given an overview of the enrolment process for the upcoming year.
Term 2
Hobart College Taster Day on Thursday 25 June 2026
For prospective students who would like to learn more about pathways, course options and what life is like at Hobart College.
Term 3
Hobart College Information Evening on Tuesday 4 August 2026, 7.00 – 9.00pm
• For prospective students and their parents/carers
• Enrolment processes and subject/course offerings for 2027 are outlined.
Preliminary Course Counselling at high schools with College staff. Appointment times are organised in consultation with individual High School Year 10 Coordinators.
Term 4
Confirmation of Enrolment Sessions – early November 2026 (date to be advised)
• All prospective students will confirm their enrolment and course choices
• Appointment times for each associated school are organised in consultation with individual High School Year 10 coordinators.
Step Up Day – early December 2026 – Students with a current enrolment will be invited to Hobart College for an official orientation of both the campus and their chosen courses.
